Youth and Teen classes

At HHF, we recognize the importance of exercise at a young age, and its benefits to help develop strong bones, improve cardiovascular health, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.  Resistance training at a younger age is crucial for a child/teen’s overall health, both physically and mentally.  We are proud to offer a teen program specifically designed to meet our teen members growing bodies.  It is a wonderful program that teaches them the proper techniques of weightlifting. The program challenges them physically, which in turn allows them to get stronger and gain confidence.
