Here’s how we roll: Each class ignites with a crystal-clear demo from your coach, breaking down every move. Then, we fire up your muscles with a dynamic warm-up, loaded with stretches to get you primed and ready for action. When the timer starts, it’s go-time: you’ll attack 5 powerhouse stations, each featuring 2 distinct exercises. Push your limits for 45 seconds of focused work, then catch your breath and regroup for 45 seconds of rest, gearing up to hit it hard again or move to the next station.
