Through our structured strength programs, expert coaching, and inclusive atmosphere, we empower our members to push past limits, embrace challenges, and become the strongest versions of themselves—inside and out. Built on Hustle, Fueled by the community
In the midst of the pandemic, three friends came together to offer online training and coaching, determined to keep people moving despite life’s challenges. We understood firsthand how hard it is to balance family, work, and fitness, so we set out to create workouts that were efficient, results-driven, and motivating—because if training isn’t effective, it’s easy to quit. What started as a virtual way to stay strong quickly revealed a bigger need—a gym that broke barriers, crushed “gymtimidation,” and welcomed everyone. No exclusive “women’s only” areas, no stigmas—just a space where all fitness levels could train, grow, and support each other. In the summer of 2021, fueled by the desire to create something different, we took a leap and Healthy Hustle Fitness was born. By October 2021, our doors opened, welcoming a community of motivated individuals we proudly call “Hustlers.” Since then, we’ve continued to evolve, improve, and push limits—just like our members. This isn’t just a gym—it’s a movement, built for real people with real lives, and we’re just getting started.

FAQ
HHF offers small group weight training sessions instructed by a personal trainer. Personal trainers can cost more than $50 a session. At HHF you get instructional and motivational 1hr result driven sessions for a fraction of the cost.
Drop in sessions are $30. If you plan to come more then twice a week this is incredible value. $169/mth.
The ONLY expectation we have for our members is that they come through the door with a positive attitude and we will do the rest!
There are countless benefits. Weight training is crucial in fighting the aging process, fat loss and weight management. It improves bone health, creates a firm body shape and allows you to burn the most amount of calories throughout the day. Plus, nothing feels better than feeling strong!
This is the most widely known misconception in the fitness industry. Weightlifting will only make you bulky if you want it to. What does this mean? Eating in a large calorie surplus and lifting in maximum volume over long a period of time. With the proper nutritional guidance we can help you with getting bulked if you’d like, but weight training is definitely the best way to slim and tone your physique and positively change your body composition.
Membership Cancellation is 30 day notice and or 1 additional billing cycle.
Session Late Cancel Charge – Cancelling a session within 4hrs – $10 fee.
Session No Show Charge – No show to a booked session – $20 fee.
