HHF offers small group weight training sessions instructed by a personal trainer. Personal trainers can cost more than $50 a session. At HHF you get instructional and motivational 1hr result driven sessions for a fraction of the cost.
Drop in sessions are $30. If you plan to come more then twice a week this is incredible value. $169/mth. The ONLY expectation we have for our members is that they come through the door with a positive attitude and we will do the rest!

Eating in a large calorie surplus and lifting in maximum volume over long a period of time. With the proper nutritional guidance we can help you with getting bulked if you’d like, but weight training is definitely the best way to slim and tone your physique and positively change your body composition.
